Leading brand of sim-racing peripherals, Fanatec needs no further introduction. The German brand has been active in the game since the 90s, and many of its products are considered the best in their categories.

Fanatec fans can be found all over the world, and are very active on social networks, platforms and other forums. In fact, I’m one of them, and I think it’s the only brand of sim-racing peripherals that offers simply unbeatable value for money.

Like you, at some point in my life, I was seduced by Fanatec ‘s products and wanted to buy some to embark on my sim-racing adventure. At the time, I was financially less stable, and had a very limited budget for a steering wheel and pedalboard. A word of advice: if you’re just starting out in sim-racing, forget about buying a gearshift, handbrake or cockpit. It’s going to cost you a lot of money, unless, of course, you can afford to treat yourself.

Unlike other brands, Fanatec doesn’t offer coupon codes on its products, except during Black Friday. You have to think of this brand as theApple of sim-racing: they know full well that their products are of excellent quality and will always find takers. What’s the point of offering promotions if you know your products will sell like hotcakes? Well, there’s no point, except in lost profits.

However, there’s always a way to get Fanatec products at discounted prices, and we’re going to look at how to do that.

How to get Fanatec peripherals at reduced prices?

Personally, I know of two methods that have always worked to buy Fanatec products at discounted prices. The first is to exploit a page on the official Fanatec website that isn’t very well known, and the second works by making bundle-type purchases.

Method 1: Fanatec.com’s secret page

There are different ways of using a website, such as the good, the best and the worst. When it comes to the Fanatec website and buying products on special offer, I’m going to tell you the best way.

On the brand website, there’s a pagepage, or tool, that groups together all Fanatec products on special offer. When you access it, you are invited to choose a platform (PC or console), and the site will display the corresponding products.

As far as I’m concerned, it’s the best way to take a quick look at all the promotions that are active on the Fanatec site and choose a product to suit your needs and your wallet. Practical, don’t you think?

Method 2: the bundle

A bundle is a grouped offer of products, typically with substantial discounts. On a bundle, you’ll often find discounts of 20 or even 30% on products. Sometimes even more.

As with the first method, there’s a page page on the manufacturer’s website, where you can see all the bundles currently available for sale, along with their prices. If you ask me, this is one of the best ways to dive into the world of sim-racing without blowing your budget, except, of course, for shopping during Black Friday.

At Fanatec, bundles typically include a pedalboard, a steering wheel with Quick Release and a base for the steering wheel (CSL DD for example). Price-wise, it’s almost always unbeatable, believe me.

Beware of coupon code scams!

Once again, Fanatec does not offer coupon codes on its products. Sure, with the methods I’ve just shown you, you’ll save money by buying cheaper products, but you won’t find Fanatec coupon codes on other websites/forums.

It’s a phenomenon that’s gained a lot of momentum in recent years, and many people believe in it for the simple reason that there’s a ” Voucher code ” field on the brand’s website. This field only works for codes offered by Fanatec, on their website.

With codes found on the Internet, they either don’t work or have already been used. Either way, you’ll end up with a mistake and a big disappointment. As I said before, if you want to save money at Fanatec, follow the two suggested methods or wait for the Black Friday offers.
