Next Level Racing is an Australian chassis manufacturer with a worldwide reputation that really needs no introduction. The brand offers over thirty chassis on its online store, with tubular and aluminum profile options. The brand’s catalog is truly comprehensive, and has just welcomed a new member: the F-GT Pro.

The F-GT Pro is a new design based on the MonkeyDriver concept acquired by Next Level Racing. The MonkeyDriver is a tubular hybrid chassis, adaptable to virtually any sim-racing position by changing the seat.

Review of the next level racing F gt Pro for sim racing

In terms of design, Next Level Racing has come up with a minimalist and above all sober chassis. Gone are the red accents, in favor of a completely solid color. There’s a gray option, and another in black, with the brand’s logo in white on a bracket.

Speaking of support, the structure rests on 50 mm-diameter tubular steel. Thanks to tool-free adjustment systems, you can modify the seat to suit the configuration of your setup. You can have the F-GT Pro for Formula, GT, touring, rallying and more or less anything and everything sim-racing. Next Level Racing already has this kind of hybrid chassis in its catalog, like the F-GT Elite 160, but instead of having the upper structure tilt, the F-GT Pro modifies the seat position only. It’s clever, simple in design and, above all, inexpensive to implement.

Opinions on the Next level racing f gt pro sim racing

Let’s move on to the seat. Its structure is tubular, with tool-free position modification systems as I mentioned. On the seat, which isn’t a bucket by the way, you have 4 pads to accommodate you. You’ll have several driving positions to choose from, between Formula, GT, and all the rest. You can lower the seat and change the backrest angle to suit your preferences. No side support, however, and that’s the price you pay for an affordable hybrid chassis.

Let’s talk about the price now. The F-GT Pro is priced at €999 incl. VAT in Europe, with availability from April. This means that this chassis is already available for purchase. And for an additional €99, you can have a monitor mount, ashifter/handbrake mount and a peripheral mount (keyboard and mouse). Each support is sold separately. All in all, you can have a complete, hybrid chassis for just under €1,300, which I think isn’t too bad.
