Thrustmaster was present at the SimRacing Expo 2025, with some sim-racing peripherals that might interest you. The brand only unveiled one new product, but still made some announcements that I thought were interesting.

The manufacturer currently offers a complete range of sim-racing peripherals, both for drivers looking for high-performance products, such as Direct Drive bases, and for those who just want to have fun with racing titles.

thrustmaster upgrade kit pedals lte sim racing

Among the products presented by Thrustmaster at the SimRacing Expo 2025 was an upgrade kit for the LTE crankset, this time with a Load Cell brake pedal. This kit has been awaited for some time, I must admit, as the manufacturer had made a point of upgrading the LTE crankset, but the kits were slow to appear. Today, that’s changing, as you’ll have an LC pedal on the brake if you’ve taken the LTE. However, you’ll have to wait until early 2026 to order this kit, and no price is available yet.

thrustmaster SF25 steering wheel sim racing

Thrustmaster wheels are often made in partnership with Ferrari, like the SF1000. It’s a Formula wheel, officially licensed by the prancing-horse single-seater for the 2020 season. This wheel is quite old, and Thrustmaster has given it a facelift. Basically, the wheel is unchanged, with the only differences being the stickers and Quick Release. Ah, the name also changes to SF25, representing the Ferraris entered in the 2025 F1 season. The wheel retains the same price as the SF1000, and adds a QR compatible with the T818 and 598.

thrustmaster T818 Wheelbase black edition sim racing

Speaking of the T818, Thrustmaster’s DD base has been revised for the better, with a new version named “Black Edition”, entirely in black, and also with technical improvements to bring reliability, better performance, as well as a sales price that has dropped by €50. This base model should be available by the end of the year.

thrustmaster Bundle Evo Racing 32 R sim racing

As for the rest of the announcements, Thrustmaster has unveiled 2 bundles with the T818 base. The first adds the Ferrari 488 GT3 steering wheel and will cost €900, and the second uses the same base, with the Evo Racing 32R Leather steering wheel. Unfortunately for us Europeans, this bundle will only be sold in the USA for $900.
