The F1 25: 2026 Season Pack now has a release date: June 3, 2026. EA and Codemasters are preparing an extension designed to bring F1 25 into the 2026 season, with a new grid, reworked single-seaters, a brand-new circuit and a complete edition for players who don’t yet have the game.

Deep Dive Gameplay is also scheduled for May 26, 2026. That’s when EA is due to show exactly what these new features mean for the gameplay.

Audi and Cadillac arrive on the grid

The first visible change concerns the teams. Audi joins the 2026 grid by taking over Sauber, while Cadillac marks the arrival of another American manufacturer in Formula 1.

EA also highlights the new driver line-ups. These include Arvid Lindblad with Liam Lawson for Racing Bulls, Isack Hadjar alongside Max Verstappen for Oracle Red Bull Racing, and the Valtteri Bottas / Sergio Pérez duo for Cadillac.

For career, championship or fast race modes, this new grid immediately sets a different scene. It’s not just a variation in livery: the 2026 grid brings new teams, new benchmarks and a virtual season that’s further removed from the 2025 base.

Lighter, more responsive 2026 cars

The pack also adds reimagined 2026 cars. EA describes them as lighter, smaller and more responsive, with an emphasis onactive aerodynamics.

This is probably the most interesting point for players behind the wheel. If these changes are properly translated into the game, they can change the way you approach corners, top speed and overtaking.

Overtake Mode is also among the new features announced. For now, it’s best to wait for the gameplay presentation: this system will have to find the right balance to enrich duels without becoming a simple boost button.

MADRING brings Madrid to F1 25

Another important new feature: MADRING, Madrid’s new circuit. EA is talking about a hybrid track, both urban and built for racing, 5.4 km long and comprising 22 bends.

A new circuit always adds weight to an F1 extension. You’ll have to learn the braking points, the lines and the rhythm of the layout, which adds a real driving novelty on top of the grid changes.

Separate pack, Season Edition and platforms

Players who already own F1 25 will be able to purchase the 2026 Season Pack separately. EA will also be offering an F1 25: 2026 Season Edition, which includes the base game and the expansion pack.

The official page mentions the usual stores: EA app Windows, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Steam and Epic Games Store. The timetable is therefore clear: gameplay presentation on May 26, pack release on June 3.
