The kick-off is here! Fanatec finally launches its “Spring Deals”, a promotional campaign that promises to be the biggest since the end of 2025. From April 23, 2026 at 02:00 CET until May 4, 2026, simracers all over the world, from European hubs to American, Canadian, Australian and Japanese markets, will be able to take advantage of discounts. For the first time in a long time, the entire Fanatec ecosystem is involved, from Direct Drive bases to cockpits, steering wheels and pedals. A golden opportunity to complete your setup or make the jump to Direct Drive, especially as this salvo of promotions goes beyond the usual destocking.

Please note that we will be detailing prices in euros for the European zone. It is crucial for our readers outside the euro zone to consult Fanatec.com directly for local rates. Fanatec operates from five regional hubs (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan), and prices may vary from one market to another. Remember to check your national Fanatec website to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Direct Drive bases: the heart of the setup at your fingertips

Fanatec Spring Deals 2026 Wheelbase simracing

This is probably the most eagerly awaited segment: Direct Drive bases, the cornerstone of any serious sim racing installation. The ever-popular CSL DD with QR2 are of course included. The 5 Nm versionversion, perfect for beginners who want a precise feel without blowing the budget, sees its price drop by up to 9%, from €329.95 to €299.95. For those looking for a little more power and detail in force feedback, the 8 Nm version version is discounted by up to 7%, from €429.95 to €399.95. The integration of the original QR2 is a real plus, avoiding an additional cost for a now essential component.

More experienced simracers, or those who aspire to maximum immersion, are not left out. ClubSport DD bases also benefit from discounts. The 12 Nm model model benefits from a reduction of up to 5%, bringing it to €564.95 (from €599.95). And for the purists who swear by faithful sensations, the ClubSport DD+ (15 Nm) is subject to a discount of up to 4%, bringing the price down to €764.95 from €799.95. It’s good news to see that Fanatec hasn’t forgotten its top range, even if the percentages are logically lower on products that are already top-of-the-range.

Steering wheels, pedals and bundles: the complete ecosystem on special offer

Diversity is the order of the day when it comes to steering wheels. The ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5 X is particularly interesting, priced at up to 10% less, at €339.95 (vs. €369.95), ideal for single-seater fans. For those who prefer GTs or rallying, the CSL Steering Wheel BMW drops by up to 9% to €144.95 (from €159.95), and the CSL Elite Steering Wheel Porsche Vision GT by up to 8% to €324.95. Even the CSL Steering Wheel P1 V2 has been reduced by up to 7% to €129.95. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your steering wheel collection or to start out with a versatile model.

Cranksets, key elements for sim racing performance, are not forgotten. The CSL Elite Pedals V2 is up to 8% cheaper, at €274.95 (vs. €299.95). It’s an excellent choice for its value for money, thanks in particular to its load cell which guarantees precise, constant braking, essential for performance. Top of the range ClubSport Pedals V3 benefits from a discount of up to 6%, at €309.95 (instead of €329.95).

Finally, cockpits and accessories are also on special offer for those looking to equip themselves from A to Z, or to fine-tune their installation. The CSL Cockpit V1.5 Seat Bundle is at -13% or €334.95 (instead of €379.90), and the cockpit alone at -12% or €219.95 (instead of €249.95). Also available is the ClubSport Shifter SQ V1.5 up to 9% off at €244.95 and the indispensable ClubSport Handbrake V2 up to 7% cheaper at €184.95.

Only one Ready-to-Race bundle is involved in this campaign: the Gran Turismo DD Pro (5 Nm). It benefits from a 4% discount, placing it at €624.95 instead of €649.95. This is a relevant entry point for PlayStation gamers who want a complete, ready-to-use package, even if the discount is modest. Please note: Fanatec specifies that individual discounts automatically apply 1:1 to soft bundles containing discounted products. In concrete terms, if the CSL DD QR2 8 Nm benefits from a 7% discount, any soft bundle integrating it will see the same discount applied. So taking a bundle during the campaign doesn’t mean losing out on the Spring Deals savings.”

The final word: a strategic campaign

This “Spring Deals” campaign is undeniably a great opportunity. It stands out for its comprehensive approach to the Fanatec ecosystem, offering discounts on a very wide range of products, which justifies the appellation “strongest promotional campaign since the end of 2025”. This is a strong signal for newcomers to the Direct Drive world, with significant discounts on CSL DD bases. We note that Fanatec is not highlighting its most recent products, such as the latest QR2 flywheels, preferring to stimulate sales on already well-established references. A logical strategy for clearing stock and maintaining the appeal of mature ranges.

Visit the Fanatec boutique from April 23 to May 4 to take advantage of these offers. As is often the case, stocks may vary depending on the item.
