Airbus virtual pilots can now sit on the left side with MOZA equipment. Officially licensed by Airbus, the MOZA AIRBUS MA3F sidestick replicates the captain’s control stick and will be released on October 22 for €89, compatible with the brand’s AB6 and AB9 force-feedback bases. On the same day, MOZA is releasing its Ford Mustang GTD steering wheel for €449, designed for the racing side of the cockpit.
The MA3F, the left-hand control on Airbus aircraft

Until now, MOZA had only offered the MA3X for this purpose—a joystick inspired by the Airbus but designed for the right hand, the co-pilot’s hand. The MA3F addresses this shortcoming and also carries the official Airbus license. MOZA was therefore able to replicate the design, the curve of the handle, and the layout of the controls from the original.
The five-way hat switch, located under the thumb, is removable. Using the included tool, you can replace it with a magnetic cover: you can choose between an additional control or a grip that more closely resembles that of an airplane. Two buttons on the side complement the trigger and the large red button, for a total of nine inputs that can be assigned depending on the aircraft. The MA3X offers up to twelve, with an additional side slider.
A backlash-free mounting on the AB6 and AB9 bases
The MA3F’s body is made of a lightweight, highly durable composite material. According to the manufacturer, it withstood a static load of 30 kg during MOZA Lab testing. The joystick connects via a standard five-pin connector. An aluminum locking ring and a retaining screw then secure it to the base to minimize play during operation.
The MA3F is sold separately and requires a MOZA force-feedback base. The AB6 provides 6 Nm and is sold as a bundle with the MHG joystick, whilethe AB9 delivers up to 12 Nm with two servos. For a pilot who already owns one of these two, the MA3F can be added without changing the base.
The Ford Mustang GTD Steering Wheel, for the Race Cockpit

For sim racers, MOZA is releasing a Ford-licensed steering wheel on the same day, which was previously unveiled at Gamescom. It’s based on the Mustang GTD’s steering wheel, retaining its D-shape, microfiber covering, and the blue mark at the very top of the rim. Its aluminum paddles replicate those of the car and use contactless Hall sensors, with two additional clutch paddles.
In the center, a color screen displays dashboards that can be customized in Pit House. Surrounding it are four encoders, two funky switches, and two configurable toggle switches. The steering wheel mounts on any current MOZA base. On a PC, its RJ11 port and the MOZA Hub Kit also make it compatible with most other bases.
The MA3F goes on sale October 22 in the MOZA store for €89—the same price as the MA3X—and the Mustang GTD steering wheel for €449.
